Amy Freeman

Amy Walz Freeman has been employed since 1995 as secretary in her husband’s family business. Amy is a 1973 graduate of Jefferson City High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Lincoln University. Throughout the years Amy has been very involved in the community. Some of her commitments include serving as the past president of P.E.O., Chapter HM, The Tuesday Club, Methodist Pre-Kindergarten, Moreau Heights PTO, and the City-Wide PTA/PTO. She is also a past chairman of the Rape and Abuse Crisis Service.

Amy is a past board member of the March of Dimes, Special Learning Center and Special Learning Center Foundation, Jefferson City Public Schools Foundation and Meals on Wheels, Inc where she was a volunteer driver for 20 years. She has also served as a docent at the Governor’s Mansion. Amy is also a member of the Capital Region Board of Governors.
